Description

P.O.D, the multi-platinum, Grammy nominated rock band are back with their most aggressive and commercially poetic effort to date. Their new 7th studio album ‘When Angels & Serpents Dance’ redefines what a hard rock album can be.

The quartet’s renewed vigor is evident throughout ‘When Angels & Serpents Dance’, from the searing guitar line that kicks off the “in-your-face” hard rocker “Addicted” to the monumental, “End Of The World” complete with gospel choir, to the album’s most infectious single “Shine With Me”.

‘When Angels & Serpents Dance’ features a number of guest appearances from legendary punk rock singer, Mike Muir of Suicidal Tendencies on the track “Kaliforn-Eye-A” and Helmet’s Page Hamilton appearing on “God Forbid” to The Marley Sisters who lend their singing prowess to the reggae track “I’ll Be Ready”.

‘When Angels & Serpents Dance’ is produced by Jay Baumgartner (Evanescence, Limp Bizkit, Papa Roach, Korn and Godsmack) and with guitarist Marcos Curiel returning to the fold after a 4-year absence, the P.O.D you know and love are doing it the only way they know how to on this new album, passionate, aggressive, and with a message for our times.
