I've used a couple recharging cables/stations in the past, and some haven't been particularly effective – either the batteries drain quicker than they should, or a cable ends up being defective after a short while… this Venom pack is doing just what I wanted it to, though – got no complaints at all. As someone else has said, you can even use one (or both) of the cables to charge something else while you play – it's effective and versatile.

Beats having AA batteries and the USB cable is perfect for almost everything, I charge my phone and one of the battery packs at the same time from my computer, mmmmmm laziness.
