Turtle Beach Z2 Headset reviews

I got a pair of these from EB games and in less than a month the left speaker and microphone stopped working, I returned them and had them replaced and the second pair lasted even less time with both the microphone and headset breaking again, will never buy another turtle beach headset

Great headset,the sound is great,headset is comfortable mic is perfect......­.............­...but I've had 2 faulty ones as the left side speaker has stopped working both times and they were both 2 weeks old, don't recommend it

The quality of this headset is great! Except for the fact that I have had 3 of these headsets and they have all broken within 3 weeks, do not recommend this.

After a month of buying this product the speakers cut out starts with one and then gets worse ends up being both. Great sound and mic works great, just badly made

First of all I have to say this is a great headset for gaming and any type of pc use. The high quality of the speakers and mic are really good. I have had one small problem with the quick disconnect connection and have had to send them back to get repaired. Other than that It's a really good quality headset and if you are careful with it you should have no problems

I bought this to use for VOIP calls. Those I talk with all say they can hear me clearly so the microphone seems to work well certainly better than what some of my friends are using. The headphones don't pick up your voice when you are using the mic, so if you're one of those people who need to hear themselves speak you may find you need to talk a little louder when using them.

The headphones themselves produce good sound – I'd reluctantly say they produce better sound than similar priced Seinheisers (I had the HD202 model for years)

A neat feature is how portable they are, they fold up really well and can be tossed into a laptop bag without taking up much room.

However, these do sit on your ears instead of around your ears, after a couple of hours this can get uncomfortable – so I wouldn't recommend them as your primary listening set – but for short bursts they are excellent.

I was very, very impressed with this Headset. It provides amazing sound quality from it's 50mm speakers. I was very impressed when listening to a piece of dubstep music on this headset versus my laptop speakers, there are bass sounds that I can't even register on my laptop speakers, however this headset plays them all in crystal clear definition.

There are multiple amazing features including the ability for the ear-cups to swivel, letting you take the headset off your head and rest it comfortably on your shoulders. The in-line cord break allows you to disconnect the cable while leaving it plugged in to your computer, walking away with the headset still atop your head.

The microphone gives excellent clarity, allowing online gaming with ease.

Pros: Very, very comfortable, amazingly high sound quality, excellent clarity in the microphone, good in-line volume control, very handy cable seperator, allowing you to disconnect the cable and walk away without taking off the headset.

Cons: No noise cancellation at all. This is rather annoying if using in a busy enviroment, but the added comfort, good quality speakers and noise-cancelling microphone easily make up for this one con.

Amazing product, I hope to have them for a very long time!

Have been using this product playing “Wings of Prey” flight Sim. Most comfortable Headset I have owned by not sitting on my ears. Using it for 2–3 hours a time. Have not yet tried the mic system, so can't review that part. Stereo sound is crisp & clear.
