Tomb Raider Trilogy HD reviews

I was very excited to hear this trilogy would be making an appearance to PS3. With only Underworld previously available on the platform, to have the others is just a bonus.

When Legend hit the shelves it was an excellent reboot of the series, back to the roots and with great controls and gameplay. I'm still working my way through Legend before i tackle Anniversary and Underworld so it's at least a good 50hours gameplay if you are obsessive to collect everything.

Full trophy support for all three games is great to see and there's already been an update to the software.

Overall it's a great trilogy and for the price it's extremely worth it!

Ever since the first Tomb Raider was released on Playstation, I've been a huge fan. When I first heard that it was being remade for the Psp, I was quite intrigued as to the changes that might have been made, needless to say I was quite impressed! Of coarse I was happy to hear it was being remastered again for the Ps3, even better was when I realised that it was being released along side T.R. Legend and T.R. Underworld. Each of the three games provide hours of game play with stunning visuals and a scope of scenery rarely seen in other games. With time trials once you've finished the games once and a heap of hidden secrets to find, replays are well worth the time. Playstation network trophies for each game add the icing to the cake. Even just one game would be great value for money, But three in one is hard to beat. And as always mighty Ape had the product delivered to my door within two days of ordering, good job!!

All the tomb raider you want on one disc, what more can you ask for- Very good

This is a pretty awsume game it loads really fast and the graphics look sharp.

3 awesome games in one. This is a great collection of games and worth the price. Glad they brought this back as a collection set.

I already own all three games but wanted to play them all on PS3.

The graphics are amazing some parts were a bit repetitive but still a great game all round

This one disc has three different Tomb Raider games. You don't just run around shooting people, in these games you have to figure out how to open trap doors and other things to progress throughout the levels. I did get bored of this game and I haven't completed it as I haven't played for a while.

A great way to bring 3 classics together. A real must for all hardcore Lara fans…

I loved the Tomb Raider series… I grew up with it. After Assassins Creed was finished, not many games could fill the void, so i thought “Why not go old school and play TR.” Anniversary is nice. Same as the original first TR but...... its just a bit different. Almost not in a good way. Dont get me wrong… for a first time player it would bridge the 10 year gap since the first release, but in my mind it's changed.
Legend is the same . Underworld is one I never played previously.
I like the underwater scenario but it got tedious quite fast, but Im sure some people will find it superb.
I just think Assassins Creed raised the bar a bit too much to go back to playing these games for anything more than nestalgia's sake.

Great HD Lara Croft gameplay! good puzzles, not TOO hard to play.

Very happy with this product, three great games at a very cheap price.

You will have hours of entertainment and will love the story lines.

This is a great game that takes you back to the old days and the old classics that we all loved to play. It's a great piece of retuning so that the younger ones can get a glimpse of what we use to play on PS1. Can't get enough of it!

I am an old Tombraider fan …And I have played all the games since the first original ps1 game.This game is awesome and has met every expectation.Nice to play in HD and looks great.
