This Blu-ray release not only looks and sounds great, it is a lovely heartfelt story of a boy who is growing up and beginning to lose the childhood magic of Christmas.
AÂ mysterious train wakes him in the night and after he climbs hesitantly aboard, a voyage of discovery and sheer magic begins.
Picture quality is superb, although not as pin sharp as some other animated Blu-ray releases and the surround effects are very convincing.
All in all, an excellent family film that is destined to become a seasonal favourite in our house and in yours too.
