Inconvenient Truth for Toddlers!! I loved this book when I first read it, funnily enough as a set text for a paper on environmental politics, and I purchased this nifty card-page version for a 2 year old relative. The good Doctor is a hoot, and this book has some pretty heavy themes of environmental degredation and species extinction packaged up in a way a kid can enjoy and understand it and come out the other end asking questions. Or at least, my 10 year old did. The 2 year old seems content to listen happily to the rhytmn of the work and chew on the pages (which stand up to it). This book should be in every kids collection. And every grown up should read for it too.
