I've always eaten chocolate, I can't go a day without it. Then I saw this book, bought it, read it and now I don't eat sugar. I've already lost weight, my clothes are baggier on me! I feel lighter. My skin has cleared up. It's awesome!!!!

"Changes the way you think about sugar"

I'm not sure why I decided to buy this book, or how I found out about it, but I am glad I did. It is the second book by David Gillespie, and not having read the first book, I understand it went into the science behind sugar more then this book.

This book does cover a little bit about the science, but is more an every day guide to how to quit sugar.

I decided to give it a go, the worst I had to lose was some sugar. The first week is hard, but the exact with drawl symptoms mentioned in the book is what I went through, and then it is all good.

You start reading labels, realising how much sugar is in EVERYTHING. Craving for sweet items has stopped, I've lost 5kg's in 3 weeks just from avoiding sugar, and also don't get hungry like I used to. People have been supportive about my no sugar ways now, and once you get your head around it, it's not the hardest thing to give up.

Really recommend the book.

Author Biography:

David Gillespie is a recovering corporate lawyer, co-founder of a successful software company and consultant to the IT industry. He is also the father of six young children (including one set of twins). With such a lot of extra time on his hands, and 40 extra kilos on his waistline, he set out to investigate why he, like so many in his generation, was fat. He deciphered the latest medical findings on diet and weight gain and what he found was chilling. Being fat was the least of his problems. He needed to stop poisoning himself.
