This tin was a gift for my boyfriend. He is a lover of Star Wars and liked the detail on the tin (to make it look like the death star). The mints are good (a little bit too spicy for me) and the tin is great that it's sturdy enough to be re-used.

I found this tin and loved it right away. It is well made and will last a long time if you look after it. I have the R2-D2 tin as well and they look great together on my desk.
The tin is small enough to fit (mainly) inside a loosely closed hand. The ‘made in china’ label is in black and underneath so can be safely ignored – despite that it is painted so cannot be removed. The feel is smooth gloss, and it resembles the Death Star at best.
The tin seal is firm and is likely to last. However the ‘ornament hook’ string is not secured directly to the tin, so will be easy to lose, and potentially will slip off the tin if left to dangle from it.
The mints are off-white discs about the size of a small pinky fingernail, and have a strong mint flavour and scent – mainly Eucalyptus inspired. (The picture is misleading as they are not green)
As a novelty it is decent, but it is not a collectors item.
That's no moon, that's a tin of mints in the shape of a Death Star!
