Description
Sensing Murder – Angela Blackmore, Fallen Angel.
This episode tells the story of Angela Blackmore, a twenty-one year old mother with a two year old son. She was separated from the father of her child and began living with her new partner. They lived in Christchurch and she had just gained legal custody of her son. On the night of 31st January 1995, while her partner was out working, she was murdered in the kitchen of their home, being stabbed thirty-nine times. The child was not harmed and the killer has since never been identified.
The Sensing Murder series won the Best Reality Format and Best Director in the non-drama Qantas Media Awards for 2006.
