As a fan of Sony's PS3 I was thrilled to see that a PSP 2 named the Next Generation Portable was announced for release in late 2011. Its still early days but the demos and trailers look promising with great games being announced such as a new Uncharted, Killzone, Resistance, Little Big Planet, Call of Duty and so much more. This will be one of the most powerful handheld devices on the market and offers so much in the way of features. A touch screen on the front and touch pad on the back for example can make for interesting and new experiences, just watch the Uncharted or Little Deviants demos. This is just one example of a great feature that will be on the NGP. And who can forget a second analog stick! This will make playing games such as shooters much easier and more enjoyable. A level of graphics equal to that of current generation consoles is also a great edition to handheld gaming devices. There is a lot of potential for the NGP, as long as the price is resonable.
