…and maybe it wasn't supposed to be, but comparisons are inevitable I guess. I've played this game, and what I saw did not impress me. The loading times are nasty, and graphically the vehicles aren't really up to par. But maybe my standards are just a little too high, especially after playing such graphical feasts as NFS: Underground, Burnout 3 and of course, GTA: San Andreas. Hearing the protaganist say “Spicy move!” a few hundred times also begins to get annoying. Can't match CJ's “Aw just f**k you then!!” heh. But now the game has come down in price on GPStore (on PS2 anyway..for now..) maybe it's worth getting. But I'd NEVER pay full price for it.
