4 stars "Legendary"

Kingdom Hearts II is the long-awaited sequel to the 2002 Disney/Square collaboration Kingdom Hearts. Picking up the story where the former game–and the interim Game Boy Advance release, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories–left off, Kingdom Hearts II guides you through a series of Disney-themed worlds as you encounter a cast of characters that reads straight off the credits of some of the most popular Square games and Disney movies. Though the formula in KHII is quite familiar, much of the gameplay has changed, and it's safe to say that it's been for the better. Fans of the original game and of Disney/Square properties in general will fall in love with this game quite easily, though a few problems with the basic gameplay prevent Kingdom Hearts II from being whole-heartedly recommendable to everyone else.

In KHII you reprise the role of Sora, a young boy who happens to have just the right mojo for wielding the keyblade. The keyblade is a weapon that is, aptly, useful both as a key to unlock other worlds and as a method for destroying the heartless, a species of monster that is taking over the otherwise peaceful Disney lands at the behest of Sleeping Beauty's very evil Maleficent. The crux of the game has you, Sora, traveling from one land to another with companions Donald Duck and Goofy to dispel the heartless and to rescue friends of yours that are missing. Along the way, you'll join forces with the heroes and heroines of Square, Disney, and The Nightmare Before Christmas. For people enthused with these properties, Kingdom Hearts II is a wonderful experience in which every character interaction gives you the opportunity to live through some of the magic moments of these movies and game.

Beats number one by far.very good and very recomended.

5 stars "AWESOME"

An Unbelieve able Sequel to the first game. Though for me the only let down is that stupid “Atlantica” coming back and being a ridiculous stage.

I am Fleunt in Japanese so I got the Final Mix Version. All I can say to that version is “YOU FREAKING ROCK”. I am totally pi$$ed of the rest of the world didn't get it.

5 stars "Better than the two before it."

Kingdom Hearts II one of my all time favorite games (besides Final Fantasy). This game is great! This was another step up for Square Enix in the production of another RPG fantasy game. This game had everything that Kingom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories lacked, from its super cool drive forms, summons, new range of Key blades, and costumes.

Kingdom Hearts II is the story of Sora, Donald and Goofy fighting their way throught the world of Disney, with new worlds like Land of the Dragons and Pirates of the Carribean. You start the story off with Roxas (little spoiler – if you remove the R from Roxas and change the letters placing you get Sora) Who is connected to Sora (play Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories to ge this side of the story) and so you fight your way through with Roxas, and then you get to play with Sora who is sleeping.

Thsi game is great and is time consuming. I recommend that you buy this game from Mighty Ape game 'cos its CHEAP!!!

5 stars "ps2 at its best"

This has to be one of the best ps2 games I've played. It's a huge combination of disney and final fantasy characters with a interesting story. Heps of hours of game play to stop you getting bored and a cool battle system.

5 stars "Awesome"

This a great game. Would recommened to everyone. The only downside to it is it's very easy to finish however it's not so easy to finish 100%. So this game is great for those people who want a challenge trying to do this.
