Happy with the pasta drying rack; it's not a showpiece but does the job. I don't see the point in spending big dollars just to look good; it's not something you would leave on the bench permanently. The drying dowels slide out easily enough to put away in a cupboard when not in use; a rubberband keeps it all together so you don't misplace the dowels.
The four 45cm wood dowels provide eight arms for drying fresh pasta. Easily disassembles for storage. Wipe with a damp cloth, do not immerse in water.
