God of War: Chains of Olympus (Essentials) reviews

If you own a PSP – BUY THIS GAME. Absolutely just awesome. Great story , great graphics and most important, great gameplay. I could not put it down. This is the sort of game that realy shows what the PSP is capable of doing. Just buy it!!!

Another must-get game for your PSP. The graphics is great and gameplay is very smooth, every elements of your typical God of War are there in the game, it's even on par with God of War II (PS2). The only negative point about this game is that the main story mode can be completed in about 6–8 hours.

A Unbelievable game for psp, Best god of war game to date- With better graphics, Gameplay and sound than its ps2 brothers you would be crazy to miss out on this gem of a game. One of the best ps2 titles made even better on Psp, Best psp game to date.

It's kind of like they just squeezed in another game to make the PSP a little more interesting. The same basic gameplay as the PS2 version, with upgradeable weapons and all that, but I found the story really bland and tiresome.

I wasn't too much of a fan of the series, and this didn't really spark my interest any further.

I have always been a major fan on the God Of War series and now that it is on PSP I am over-filled with more joy.

If you have or haven't followed the God Of War series before this one it does not really matter because it is a story-line you can pick up quite easily. This is an amazing game with awesome combat and gameplay with lots of interactive scenes.

A fantastic addition to the franchise. GoW's transition from PS2 to the PSP is flawless.
The graphics are impressive, story captivating and gameplay on par with the originals. Unfortunately you'll only get a few hours out of this one.

Great storyline, beautiful graphics, brutal attacks and most of all you play as the god of war Kratos!
Simply amazing game, just about sums it up!
