Firstly it's not as bad as alot of the online websites reviews have lead us to believe (sure it does have a few problems, but not a lot).
You get 12 characters to play with (have to find some during missions to unlock them) and you also get 4 cobra agents upon completion of the game.
You chose from 2 characters per mission and during some missions get you aquire the use of joe vehicles and the joe satelite cannon. And when you aquire enough energy you can activate the movie acc suits for added firepower.
For the psp version they are missing voice acting – still has text, bg music and sound fx which makes up for the lack of voice work.
