The Ear Force PBT is a Bluetooth® communicator device for the PlayStation 3. It allows you to wirelessly connect to the PS3 to chat to teammates or friends over the PlayStation Network. The PBT is different from other Bluetooth communicators because in addition to pairing with your PS3, it can simultaneously pair with your mobile phone.

Very easy to hear people (via chat), comfortable to wear and wireless. I previously had a PX21 and got a bit sick of wires so bluetooth is great!!! Also great price.

"Swiss Army Knife of headsets"
I bought this to use with my laptop rather than my PS3. So if anyone is looking for a good value Bluetooth Headset that can be used across multiple devices I'd recommend this.
I use Win7 and had to hunt around the internet to find additional Bluetooth software before it would show up as a playback device – however once I got the additional software it worked fine.
Quality: Well I'm going to drop a star for sound quality, I can hear alright but it is definitely a lower quality than an analogue headset. My friends notice the difference when I am chatting with them. The ear clip feels a little fragile and I'm not sure how long that will last
Comfort: As an earpiece I wouldn't want to wear it for a long time – its alright but not as comfortable as I would like. However you don't have to stick it in your ear and this is where it provides amazing value
Extra Features: The device comes with an input for a 3.5mm jack so you can plug into it your favorite analogue headset. So if you have a headset you use for your Xbox that didn't work on your PS3 you can now use that as a wireless headset. For the PC I can now use my very comfortable uniden headset for internet chat as a wireless headset. This input feature really adds enormous value to the PBT.
You can also pair the device with your mobile which makes this one of the most versatile headsets I've ever had.
Overall I'm pretty impressed with the PBT, Mighty Ape had it at a great price which gave me huge value for money. I would recommend this product with the reminder the sound quality is not great.
