"The perfect headset for ps3"
This headset is excellent. It connects to your ps3 easily, has amazing battery life (Im talking 8 hours of chatting on the ps3 and it still not running flat), and is all integrated into the firmware.
The ps3 firmware actually displays battery level, volume and mute status. It also shows when its connected/disconnected via on screen popups.
This is also the only way to get HQ (High Quality) mode on the ps3, and you can definetely tell which other users are using these.
I can play CoD: W@W with the volume right up on my TV, gunshots blaring, and the external mic picks up this sound and stops it from being transmitted when I talk on the mic ingame.
The only mistake Sony made was not shipping this with the ps3, as there are a lot of people using horrible mic's out there.

This headset is not only very eyecatching and accompanies your PS3 well it
also offers High Quality sound and also can be used as a Bluetooth headset for
another Bluetooth compatible product like Skyping on your computer or with a
Bluetooth phone.It doesnt take very long to charge but can last a great time.

"Another reason why Ps3 is way better than 360"
This headset is pretty awesome, the sound quality and functionality of this
device is really sweet. it pairs easily with the console which makes for easy
operating plus it shows you the battery status on screen which is a bonus.
Another great feature is that it is compatible with my Macbook so i can use it
for skype and internet calls which is cool

"Solid performance and battery life."
As far as audio quality goes, for the price range this is very decent and the mic seems to be very sensitive. Setting this up with your PS3 is a breeze and it works well with other bluetooth capable devices like a cellphone. The battery life is more than adequate for long gaming sessions and the mic fully recharges in about 30–40mins on the usb cradle. The only negative point is that the earpiece may be a little uncomfortable for some when used for longer durations but otherwise, a very reliable headset.
