"Awesome Game - But... "
With reference to the issue with High Def users having a delay - this can apply to all users connecting to their TV or via an amp. I experienced the same thing but the game has some setup options to automatically determine what the delay is and adjust for it. You just hold the microphone in front of the speaker during this setup and it works out the delay for you and adjusts.

"Forget the singing, GO ONLINE!"
Singstar PS3 is everything we wanted and more!
The SingStore is releasing new songs. Even though they stated it would have 'hundreds' of songs from day one they have since added an additional 21 extra songs last night and rumour has it that a 'massive update' is coming soon. The songs that are available are very diverse and there is definately something here for all types of music tastes. After the first week of just singing to the songs we knew, we decided to just listen to the songs that were unfamiliar then decided to give them a go. The songs it comes with on the origional disc are all quite fun to sing if you just give them a chance ("WHATS THAT COMING OVER THE HILL, IS IT A MONSTER, A MONSTERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!"). The best part of SingStar is definately the online section where you can view other peoples videos. Think bad auditions from American Idol and you have a laugh fest for all your guests at the click of a button. You can also rate everybody's videos and try and get yourself into the online SingStar charts! (Make sure you see the Asian man in his PJ's singing 'The Final Countdown') This is definitely the most fun and entertaining console game out!

"Awesome Game"
This version is everything I expected it to be. It's a great game and the online additions are excellent. Just not sure about the piece of advertising that "300+ Songs – Entire SingStar PlayStation 2 catalogue and more available for download on day one." I only see 41 songs on the online store right now which is the end of Day 1! Though at $2.90 each I'm not complaining, if they are releasing them over time at least I can resist the urge to buy all 300 at once... This game is very addictive!!

"Do your homework b4 u comment"
do your homework people. It comes with 30 songs and you can download 300+ songs that were on all the PS2 discs. They are still working on making the wireless microphones. Apparently they had it sussed but came upon a few problems when they tried to use 2 microphones at once as in a duet. Should be bloody great!! Can't wait for my pack to arrive. Ordered, ready and waiting!!

"Sing when you're winning"
I liked the idea of a back catalogue of songs from the PS2 releases, but at how much per song? Also are the PS2 microfones compatible with the PS3 ones? I'm so glad Singstar is coming to PS3!
