"Changes the way we rock!"
The guys at Harmonix have just made Rock Band so much more epic! By adding the keyboard controller you can now bust out great keyboard solos and synth sounds. The keyboard can be worn like a Keytar as well so theres no excuses not to have an 80's rock gathering anymore :)
You can use the keyboard to play standard five lane classic Rock Band gameplay or go to pro mode where you use all two octaves and on expert pro mode your playing the whole song note for note.
With midi input you can also use this in garage band and other music creating software, the options are endless!

One of the best things about this- The wireless receiver has two piggy back plugs so you can plug two guitars and your keyboard into the one USB port on your PS3. One word for that, Inspired!
I've played it a fair amount and have yet to be plauged with the connection dropouts I've frustratingly and frequently suffered with the Fender Preciscion Bass Pro.
Quite a challenge to get the hang on especially for a (real) guitarist, it's not natural at all to have to use your thumbs in that way!
Great fun though! Especially playing songs like Bohemian Rhapsody!
