I never played a Hitman game before and Hitman Absolution looks EPIC! so I decided to preorder this game. I can not wait to play Hitman Absolution!!!!!
"Best in the series."
Bought this game on release and all I can say is it is mind blowing. Everything about the series has been improved on and it looks BEAUTIFUL. Highly recommend.
"Brilliant Game"
The only Hitman game I have played before Absolution was Blood Money, and so I was expecting something along similar lines. What I found was something that was more different than I had anticipated.
The gameplay is amazing. The interaction Agent 47 has with the other characters in the game creates a scenario where a lot of thought is needed before any action is taken. Any mistakes such as alerting guards or creating witnesses are less forgiving than in Blood Money. I am a methodical person, and so enjoyed the challenge.
I was however disappointed with the inability to customize the weapons set before each story mission. All missions begin with a pre-set package that fits with where 47 is in terms of the story. This issue is slightly relieved with the contracts game mode, however you do not get the same feel as in Blood Money.
Overall Hitman Absolution is an amazing game. The developers have done well in creating a game that is very entertaining to play and replay. There are many possibilities to choose from when it comes to eliminating your target. I recommend this game to all those who enjoy stealth games and want a challenge.

- Disguises – In the Hitman series, your ability to disguise yourself as someone else has always been a pre-eminent feature and always been one of 47’s most powerful tools. A word of caution though, the world will react to your disguise so choose your target carefully.
- AI – One facet of the new Glacier 2 engine is the Comprehensive Intelligence Spectrum. Your enemies come to life as you make your way through the world, expressing a wide range of reactions to the environment around them. An attention bar has also been introduced that represents how suspicious of you the people around you are. This is affected by sight, sound and environmental changes for example, a door being open that was closed. This new feature allows 47 to gauge how close to being detected he is and act accordingly.
- Instinct – 47 has been around the block, instinctively knowing how an adversary will behave. Activate Instinct, see through his eyes and look at the world as 47 does. You’ll see how 47 would expect a target to patrol a certain area or show ways to escape. To earn instinct, just behave as 47 would and execute classic Hitman moves, a silent takedown is sure to set 47’s instincts ablaze.
- A Living, Breathing World – With the power of the Glacier 2 engine, the world is richly detailed and varied. Raising the intelligence of the people populating it and standing in your way, allowing 47 to behave more naturally than ever before.

I have waited years for the new Hitman to be confirmed and now it is confirmed and for pre-order! Sadly it's not till 2012 but that gives us time to think how amazing it will be!
