Description
The Duracell Compact extender for the Sony PS3 Slim console has a clever compartment for charging and storing two original PS3 controllers. The unit includes it's own power supply for independent charging if desired.
LEDs display the charging status of the controllers so you always now how much charge your controllers have.
There is also Integrated card reader for SD cards and memory sticks and a USB hub with three USB ports at the rear.

"Makes the Slim Phat!"
The charging station is a great idea and makes my PS3 area look neat and tidy. The added bonus of the rear usb's mean I never unplug PlayTV to charge a controller.

"Cleverly designed 3rd party addon"
If you a missing the extra USB ports this is a great option. Not only do you get an extra 3 USB ports (at the rear) you also get 2 card readers and a 2 slot charging bay for ya control pads.

Good lil gadget which makes the ps3 look bigger. Keeps everything tidy by charging 2 controls under the cover. 3 usb ports on the back helps with all the lack of ports on the slims, and sd card slots makes it similar to the original phat ps3 60gb console.. And with the added attachment, it probably is still lighter then the original..

Excellent idea to charge your controllers together. Havent used it for the additional USB hubs but good to know they are there if we need them.
