Players can accept challenges to search for secret treasures, learn new skills and chase down new personal opportunities, meet new Sims with unique personalities, share their culture and bring them home, discover new styles on their travels, and share everything they encounter on their adventures with the world through personal photographs, movies, and stories.
Additionally, players will receive 1,000 SimPoints to be used online in The Sims 3 Store*** for the PC/MAC versions of the game. Exclusive online content, available only for the expansion pack at launch, will be revealed soon.

"Ab-fab sweetie darling!"
World Adventures (WA) adds a new and exciting type of gameplay to the tried and tested sims gameplay millions of people have got to know and love over the last decade. The tombs are fantastic, the new lands are interactive, interesting, and absolutely fabulous to look at, even on a low-end machine. The new objects and skills add more to your sims everyday lives, while allowing your more adventurous sims to fulfil their dreams of finding riches or defeating a mummy. Brilliant!
I do think it is important to note that the lands are adventure lands, not like the vacation lands of sims 1/2. But they are amazing!

"Well worth the wait!"
I preordered my game on Thursday 19th. I received my game first thing Saturday morning. The speed of Mighty Ape delivering is balm to excited shoppers wanting their game NOW so I would recommend Mighty Ape on the speed alone.
The game is amazing and well worth the wait. At the moment I am travelling through Shang Simla China. This is the best expansion pack I've seen not to mention you get goodies along with it such as an extra 1000 sim points to shop with, and free furniture. Go and buy it if you are a Sim fan. Awesome!

Very good and fun to play, but could have been better. Dont get me wrong, this is a fantastic addition to Sims 3, but I expected more…

"Awesome expansion!!"
A great expansion for the game. There may only be 3 “countries” to visit, but there is so much to do in the 3 places! I really like that you have to think about what you need to do to explore tombs. I'd recommend this expansion to any Sims fan!

"Best expansion pack in the history of The Sims!"
The World Adventures expansion pack is one which is so enjoyable due to its slight departure from the simulation game. In the adventure lands the game feels more like an RPG with puzzles to solve and adventures to be had.
The visa component of the game makes travel much more fun, as the more adventures you have, the more visa points you get!
It seems to me that all The Sims 3 needs now is a pet expansion!
