Two decades have passed since the demonic denizens, Diablo, Mephisto, and Baal, wandered the world of Sanctuary in a vicious rampage to shackle humanity into unholy slavery. Yet for those who battled the Prime Evils directly, the memory fades slowly and the wounds of the soul still burn.
When Deckard Cain returns to the ruins of Tristram's Cathedral seeking clues to new stirrings of evil, a comet from the heavens strikes the very ground where Diablo once entered the world. The comet carries a dark omen in its fiery being and it calls the heroes of Sanctuary to defend the mortal world against the rising powers of the Burning Hells – and even the failing luminaries of the High Heavens itself.
Diablo III Features:
After listening and hearing about this via the Blizzcon events for the past 2 years. Blizzard have done well for themselves and the crowds who have waited for this not months but years are hyped.
I already have a grunty gamer PC and most gamers who want smooth gaming preface already look at what they need to have there games a pleasurable experience.
Yes there is an On-line Auction house that can use Real Money to buy items if you wish, Its an option not a Must do. You could get a item and sell it for in game gold or real life gold. Its a Style to try beat most games Issues of Gold sellers who Steal accounts to strip down some innocent gamers gaming effort of collecting gear, items to make themselves money Sure snt honest Least blizzard Are allowing YOU the gamer to have a selection and YOU get to decided it you wanna Make a lil extra pocket cash or just sell in game to have fun.
Also a tip you Got the Annual Pass with your World of Warcraft account and choose to add your Diablo's III Collector's Edition license key to the Battle.net account associated with your existing World of Warcraft Annual Pass promotion, you will receive all of the benefits associated with the Collector's Edition, plus receive four months of World of Warcraft game time which is eligible towards your 12-month subscription commitment. After you purchase the Diablo III Collector's Edition you just need to input the product key into the Battle.net account associated with your World of Warcraft 12-month commitment and that account will then receive the next 4 months of World of Warcraft game time for free. For example, if you already had a month of game time on the associated World of Warcraft account when you input your Diablo III Collector's Edition product key, it would then be 5 months until your next subscription payment was due.
Pretty sweet aye, (please note teh annual Offer is a limited time deal, so depending of the date this comment is Read the Annual pass may not be liable But It currently is as of this date ;11/16/2011
The collector edition looks great (Especially the soul stone usb and diablo
skull).
The game is looking pretty good from all the previews,
I just hope Matt Uelman is composing the soundtrack for the game.
Without adding much from the others, or to give to much away. I am currently Beta Testing this game. It is awesome. 5/5 all the way
After the nightmare that is Blizzard's version of Steam, waiting several
hours and dozens of connection attempts, we eventually got the game validated
and were able to play it. This was short lived as the server failed during the
night and was not up again for sometime.
There's a lesson here,: Do not buy Blizzard games to use on the release day.
Once running the game went fine with no noticeable glitches except the
occasional server outage. Graphics were nice with mood lighting and depth of
field effects not previously used creating an almost 3D look. The sound tract
was good using some of the earlier sounds that made the original game
special.
In general the game followed a similar line to the Diablo 2 story but with the
welcome return of characters from the original diablo.
If you like full on bashing action then this is a great game and it will keep
you going for hours.
The only sour note has to be the lack of the unique atmosphere that made the
original Diablo so enveloping. It starts of good but I feel the designers got a
bit carried away with the special effects with most of the characters emitting a
multitude of bright glowing colours making the combat scenes looking like one
almighty mess. Generally a good game but not what I hoped for.
As a hardcore diablo 1&2 player, I have little fault to find with the 3rd installment.
Yes thier is a constant online connection required, but that doesn't stop me
from enjoying it.
The real money AH isn't in the game yet as of 28/05/2012, and they have given no
date for it.
Its super easy to join other peoples games now, the loot is per player rather then a free for all that it was in diablo 2.
Thier is a shared stash between all your toons. Tho it is limited to 10 toons per account/region.
4 difficultly levels now as well, with the last one being pretty insane.
Account wide achievements as well if you are like me and enjoy the little challenges they give.
It gets a 5 out of 5 from me, because I can look past the required internet connection, and the day 1 connection errors.
