Assassin’s Creed® 2 is the follow-up to the title that became the fastest-selling new IP in video game history. The highly anticipated title features a new hero, Ezio Auditore da Firenze, a young Italian noble, and a new era, the Renaissance.
Assassin’s Creed 2 retains the core gameplay experience that made the first opus a resounding success and features new experiences that will surprise and challenge players. "Just a warning"
I have played this game on XBOX360 and it was very good, improving on all aspects of the first game, including but not limited to; the graphics, mission variety, customization, and graphics.
However, for the PC version of this game, Ubisoft has implemented some measures to decrease piracy. So now, you need to be constantly connected to the internet to play, if your connection is lost, then you shall be reverted back to your last checkpoint.

"Fantastic"
Truly an excellent sequel to the first one.
Firstly, the graphics in the PC version are far superior to the console versions at be expected - although in saying that, I have a very high end PC. Secondly, the gameplay is just awesome, much less repetative compared to AC1, the game really holds interest right to the end. The game is very expansive with all sorts of things to do if you feel the need to move away from the storyline. If you have a 5.1 set up, the game utilises it perfectly. Overall an awesome game, highly immersive and well written. 5 stars.
"Fantastic"
Very good, builds on the first version and holds you compelled to the story right to the end.
However like the first game, I feel there is an air of repetition throughout, not a deal breaker, hopefully Ubisoft addresses this in the third instalment
"DRM is NO problem."
I have not finished the game yet but so far it has been enjoyable. A big improvement on the original. If you enjoyed the original get this one as it is much, much better.
Many people have been complaining about the DRM however Ubisoft has obviously sorted out all problems and so far I have not been dropped from the server. NOTE: I am using wireless internet, still no problem Only one thing with the graphic I don't like is that you cannot turn shadows off. As my computer isn't the best it runs better without them. But otherwise very beautiful world.
"An incredibly immersive and graphically stunning game"
This game is incredible in it's detail. The graphics are top notch with an immersive storyline. There is a great selection of weapons and a multitude of ways to dispatch your targets.
Heck any game that allows freerunning across ancient Florence is a winas far as I am concerned FeedbackIf you think we've made a mistake or omitted details, please send us your feedback. |
