Cheapest I got these for was from here at $140. Good value for money. Wireless is awesome, way better then having stupid cords. Can use the controller charger to charge them. Easy and quick mute and volume buttons on the side of the headset. Highly recommend if wanting good headset for a cheap price!

The loudest MP FPS games were always played through the surround speakers since I had to have a bluetooth earpiece to talk to my squad mates. Now, my gf can sit next to me reading while I bust some mellons.

With the price in mind; build is pretty good, extremely comfortable, depth of sound is fantastic although directionality is still stereoish – don't expect miracles. on screen indicators are useful. Range is awesome. Works with PC.

Cons: you look like mickey mouse. Minimum volume is still pretty loud in some games (but you can taper it off by mixing in the voice mixer).

If it were more expensive it wouldn't get the 5stars, but for the price you can't go wrong.

I was at a friends house when he told me I had to try out his new headset. I did & I was blown away by the quality of the surround sound. I soon after bought myself this headset. Unfortunately I am one of the many people that you can find on the internet that experienced connectivity issues with my PS3 (which is crazy considering the headset's a Sony product). Everytime I turned the headset on my PS3 was disconnected from the router. After trolling some forums I found that a USB extender cable to move the sensor away from the PS3 eliminated the problem for most people. It is still inconsistent but has dramatically improved my connection issues. All I can say is when it's working properly this headset is fantastic, when it's not working properly it is a source of constant anger and frustration.
