- Workouts combine the original Wii Fit activities and selections from 15 new balance games and six new strength training and yoga activities.
- Users can input the amount of time they want to spend on their workouts or select an area for personal improvement, and Wii Fit Plus will suggest a number of diverse activities for them.
- For the first time, users can mix and match which strength and yoga activities they prefer on a given day. The seamless exercise flows make it easier than ever for users to maintain their daily workout routines.
- Users might be asked to run an obstacle course across a series of platforms, zoom across a beach on a Segwayx2 Personal Transporter or flap their arms to help their hilarious chicken-suited characters aim for targets.
- The range of games and customization options will make players want to play every day. They’ll be having so much fun that their workouts will seem to fly by in no time at all.
- Players also can see estimates of calories burned and can even activate a feature that lets them weigh their dogs or cats.

this is fantastic, the fact you can go head to head with others in the multi-player games while still exercising is exciting & thrilling and in my opinion, well worth getting. Even if you don't do the gym exercises, there are plenty of other things to keep the interest alive, especially the obstacle course as you have a set time to do it, so going against others is sure to start the giggles :)

Something for everyone! It has games for kids (like the chicken flying game), women (my favourite is the yoga), men (my partner likes the skateboarding) and heaps more.

"Fun for all the family!"
I got this for myself but the kids and my partner love it to. The games are great fun and having a score board for registered Wii's makes the competition heat up as we all fight for the number one spot.
The yoga and strength exercises are a challenge but achievable (even for a couch potato like myself). I also like the tracking of weight loss, time exercised and the ability to add a non Wii Fit Plus activity into the equation too! Thumbs up from me…

"This is one of the best buys I have ever purchased."
I was pressured into buying this by my two young children who said that it would make the perfect Mothers Day present. You must remember to stretch, really good games, amazing at how it does actaully work and target the places that need placing.

"Will make you like exercise"
Wow. I was the original exercise hater prior to getting this game but am now exercising daily. You can get a good workout from the wii fit with my favourite being the cardio boxing and also the yoga workouts. As my fitness has improved I'm actually interested in doing other exercise like yoga classes etc which I never thought would ever happen. I highly recommend this game for anyone who wants a bit of motivation in the physical activity area.
