"The skills needed to quit are there"
Going into this purchase i was skeptical, a game to quit smoking what has the world become. I did a look up on allan carr to find out a bit more about him. It really works according to people who have read the book, so i thought why not.
The answer is no, i am still smoking and it didnt make me want to quit as soon as i finished, however i feel now i can quit when ever i want and have overcome my personal worries about smoking.
Its the mythbuster of smoking.

So sick of smoking I decided to give this game a go. I don't think it would be as good as the book which i intend to search mighty ape for. but its still pretty good. Is very informative. got games on it that i'v decided when i get to the last smoke bit i can play the games instead of having a smoke to keep my hands and mind busy.
