4 stars "It's alright..."

This is a great game after you've gotten used to it, I suppose. It's still very similar to the other Harvest Moon games in terms of ranching experience. Something new in this game is that you basically upgrade everything individually, like so, when you upgrade the chicken coop, it makes it bigger but it's rather empty. So you have to tell Gannon (The Gotz counterpart) to build you feeders, incubators, even a shipping bin one by one. A good thing is that you only have to wait one day.

Another thing is that you don't upgrade your weapons anymore. You add these little gems called, “Wonderfuls” in them. They give you extra abilities like one would give you 2G in one swing or another would use less stamina. You can stack them up so you can get a variety of bonuses whenever you use your items.

The gameplay is mainly– well, it is basically done via touch-screen. The directional pad and ABYX buttons are obsolete in this game… Which is very annoying.

Overall, this is a good game. Could've been better in my opinion but it's good nonetheless.
