My daughter has adored this book since she was about 7 months old (now 15 months). Although it's designed for children learning to read clearly much younger children will enjoy not only the story but the cleverly written rhythm and rhyme. It's a NZ classic that is part of a series that's had epic success around the world. In this story Mrs Wishy Washy gets the meanies all cleaned up after they create a splishy sploshy paint mess. Kids and adults alike will identify with the story.
Another wipe-clean board book is about to be added to the immensely popular Mrs Wishy-Washy series. Joy Cowley and Elizabeth Fuller have pooled their talents once more to tell the story of the messy meanies who decide to play splashy-sploshy with some paint they discover in the garden shed.
