Cryotube is approximately 22.5cm / 9 inches tall and features a working door and a custom angled base. The Master Chief figure in this set features a light coating of frost and ice crystals; remnants of his hibernation between games. Figure also comes with an all-new weapon making its debut in Halo 4!

An amazingly crafted set by Mcfarlane, by no doubts.
The figure of John 117 is finely sculpted and casted, with very good detail, even better than the standalone figures, in my opinion, with the addition of the frost paint on his armor. Articulation is quite complex, with around 26 points around his body, but flexibility can be limited by the armor design.
The sticky detonator that comes with the figure fits well in John's hands and can be easily attached to his thighs when holstered, and its inclusion in the set pretty cool, being reminiscent of of the first trailer for Halo 4.
The cryotube, however, is not really the best part of the set, despite the fact that it is the selling point of the set. The plastic used to construct it is flimsy and can easily break, as the hinges on the door can crack and loosen the hinge, so when opening the the cryotube without damaging it, follow the instructions provided and use caution. But other than that, it is well-painted and detailed and is still worth it.
Overall, a great set with some minor setbacks, but nothing exceptional. I totally recommend this set and is a must-buy for any Halo collector. Mcfarlane does not disappoint.
