The first cooker I received was actually faulty but Mightyape quickly organised a replacement.
For the most part this appliance is great, it is really quick to achieve the desired tempeture which makes switching between functions easy. It's also super easy to clean.
The only downside I have with it is that the slow cooker function is bad. The tempeture is at 100 degrees and can not be adjusted. It is too hot for a slow cooker and I have found that any liquid quickly boils down and then burns the food (and is dangerous to leave unattended). A work around is to use the hot pot setting and just turn the tempeture down so it is below 100 degrees (and thus doesn't lead to any liquid starting to boil)
