The Dark Knight, what else to say except brilliant? Heath Ledger's final film has the biggest impact. Ledger plays the Joker, an iconic villain of Batman (Christian Bale), a terrorist for hire who would like nothing more than total destruction of Gotham City.
Ledger's performance of The Joker is Oscar worthy, as is Aaron Eckhart's portrayal of Harvey “Two-Face” Dent.
Chris Nolan's “Batman Begins” was good, but The Dark Knight far surpasses that, making it one of the best films ever made, and maybe the best sequel in th ehistory of sequels.
