This time around, Cheryl battles the forces of Wolf to defend her kids and castle, but as family tensions erupt, the worst villain may be the enemy within…
The Wests are a one-family crime wave with a proud tradition in thievery, larceny and petty crime. Or at least they used to be. At the beginning of series one of Outrageous Fortune, family matriarch Cheryl West decided enough is enough - the family must clean up their act and go straight. They tried. Sort of. Well, most of them gave it a bit of a bash, but it's not easy to be a saint when you have the DNA of a sinner.
Despite much opposition from her husband Wolf, and the occasional temptation to veer from her chosen path, Cheryl led by example. Sure there were a few laws broken along the way in the name of the greater good, and she did end up falling in love with a policeman, but even Cheryl finds it hard to maintain perfection, particularly when she's faced with: Wolf wanting back in, Jethro trying to keep Wolf and Sheree out of his apartment (and his bed); the Tool Guys being guys with tools; Loretta fighting to keep herself on side with the family; Grandpa on the hunt for the bastard who knocked up Rita; the Hoochie Girls falling to pieces and Pascalle trying to heal them all.
It's tough work but someone's got to keep them in line.

there is only one way of reviewing this show “PURE GOLD”
everyone who watch's is sure to find a piece of themselves in the West Familly
even down to your grandparents…and weired familly friends
between the crime ridden familly disputes to the becoming a mother and a
widow
and fighting not to be oo,sick and huss this show is bloody hillarious

"FANTASTIC!!"
If you have ever wondered if this programme was worth your time to watch, wonder no more, this is NZ television at its best. I was an outrageous fortune virgin up until a month ago i decided to give episode one a whirl, I have since then managed to work my way through season 1, 2, 3 and 4 over the past month and cant wait for season 5 to screen next year. This is great…go now and buy it!!

THis show is absolutly choice. Real life authentic kiwi life and for it to be put into a show is awesome…Outrageous!!!! The Best thing since sliced bread. I live in Australia and couldnt wait for it to come out here so i got it from MIGHTY APE!!!! This is so efficient and priceless for what it is worth in the long run. I will be back to purchase from MIGHTY APE!!!!

Everyone must know a Family like the West's?? Just how it is meant for Kiwi audiences and not pitched overseas they can throw in all the little bits that make this show great that only Kiwis would understand!!

This series keeps getting better and better! One of the very few TV series that keeps you on the edge of ya seat. The new characters that were introduced were fanastic and made for a good laugh! Definatly recommend spending the wages on this season !!!!!!
