It's must have item for food lover who wants surprise their friends over special occassion. Ive inspired lots of idea and information for my food creation :) i'd like to buy more of his other dvd in the future time.

What can you say…not like your average foodie show. Well worth it if you are interested in cooking and science. It is amazing stuff.

An amazing and often hilarious series full of fanciful dishes and mad experiments. Heston pushes all the culinary boundaries to recreate the most extravagent excesses of historical banqueting. Spellbinding & inspiring – but don't attempt these dishes lightly, if at all! You won't be able to stop watching though!
"Better than on TV as no ads & kids can watch"
Kids have not been able to stay up late enough to watch but were very interested to see the food and how it was made. No ads so easier to watch. Great fun.
