"Simply Superb"
Game of Thrones is a fantastic show set in Medieval times in a world of
fantasy, where once dragons roamed alongside people.
It may be a show of fantasy but it deals with real life issues and many of the
storylines can be compared to life now, which makes one of the best shows to
ever been aired.
It follows the book, A Game of Thrones (from the A Song of Ice and Fire Series), and stays true to the book. I've never seen a show or movie that sticks to the book so well and for that I am deeply impressed.
The characters are all superb and are well casted but I was most impressed with Peter Dinklage playing the role of Tyrion Lannister as he portrayed him perfectly. Sean Bean being another great actor to grace himself in Game of Thrones. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect cast.
A must see and a definite buy!
"highly addictive"
the closest ive ever gotten to liking fantasy shows is true blood which is my favourite. game of thrones took me by surprise and is just as addictive. it has drama, scandal, sex, violence, grit, honour and dishonour, twists and turns. very high quality viewing on such an epic scale. brilliant acting. amazing costumes. it will have you believing that westeros truly once existed. i cant wait to read the books.

I'd never tried it before but Season 1 was on sale so I did, and suddenly I'd watched the whole season in one go! I just couldn't stop, and you won't be able to either :)

This show is amazing!
The show is a fantasy epic that is based of a long running book series. The show follows manny characters as they fight to gain the kingdom for there proud houses, backstopping and scheming along the way.
The cast is amazing and the characters seem so real. From the honorable hand of the king, “Ned” Stark (Sean Bean) to the cunning dwarf Tyrion Lanister every character has a story and motives and you can end up loving the wickedest of characters.
I highly recommend this show and the DVD set will be great with all the behind the scene footage… Winter is coming folks!
