"One of the BEST Anime's out there,"
I came across this Anime series 2 years ago, and watched bits of the
Brotherhood series (which again, is awesome), but didn't quite understand the
underlying science and mythology behind it…
So, hoping for the best, I bought this box set, which comes in a really nice
case with the OVA DVD, the movie, the complete series, and a book (which is very
compact, and jam packed with interviews, profiles, behind the scenes stuff, art,
architecture and more).
The story is really deep, and looks to have been planned over several years, of story and character development. This was a good buy. (the sound quality and animation is also very impressive)
I thoroughly enjoyed this series, and will be buying the Brotherhood box set as soon as it comes out (hopefully in the same format as this one). Some people will also be pleased to know that Square Enix was behind the development of this series, which as always makes for an incredibly deep and interesting storyline:
10/10 :P
