The first half of season 6 has been completely mind-blowing thus far. It's answered just as many questions as it's created and will keep us all guessing until the big reveal. The Doctor's Wife is one of the best episodes of DW ever written, The Silence are an amazing new monster right up there with The Weeping Angels. Rory, River and Amy are the best companions the show has seen with the 11th Doctor being one of the most loved incarnations yet.
Stephen Moffat is a true genius as he weaves his stories from several seasons ago seamlessly with each episode, showing us a glimpse behind the curtain but keeping plenty hidden from view. Doctor Who has never been better.
