Example’s fourth album, ‘The Evolution of Man’ has already spawned a smash hit with its debut single ‘Say Nothing’.
Example has embraced his rock self for this album and drawn inspiration from his music idols including adolescent heroes Blur. True to form, he took a step further. After meeting Graham Coxon backstage at a War Child gig, the two built a relationship and his distinctive guitar playing can now be heard on four tracks on ‘The Evolution of Man’, Example said ‘I went to his house and played him the album. On some songs he just picked up his guitar and started freestyling. It was amazing.”
