The 13-track album was written and recorded over 12 months through 2005 - 2006, with Lee Prebble at The Surgery in Wellington.
This is the first Black Seeds album to be recorded with their new rhythm section. The first single "Sometimes Enough" is an infectious piece of kiwi pop and is a prime teaser for this great album.
