Author Biography

Karen Doherty is the mother of three girls and a boy. Before having children - four of them in five years - she worked at American television networks CNBC and NBC as a news journalist and producer. She did her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, then an MPhil in Management at Magdalen College, Oxford. She lives with her family in London. Georgia Coleridge is the mother of three boys and a girl. She is the Children's Book Editor of the Daily Mail and has been a reviewer for more than 20 years. She has worked at You magazine and The Spectator and is also a contributor to Radio 4's Front Row. She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford, and lives with her family in London.
