Author Biography

Michal Haines has spent the last 15 years running gourmet food stores around Auckland. The knowledge she accumulated there plus a fascination with ethnic cuisine provided the inspiration for this book. Jacqui Blanchard is an Auckland-based portrait and food photographer. Her food photography has appeared in two books to date: Summertime and A Cook's Bible.

5 stars "Recipes that are a little different"

I bought this book for myself and really enjoyed the different recipes with a middle eastern flavour, so I bought it for my son-in-law as well as he enjoys indian/middle eastern cooking and loves the book.
