I have learnt a lot from this book and can thank the author for a vast improvement in not just the techniques of the game but the other mental toughness it teaches you. Infact I am still learning about my game. Wether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, this book is great with teaching you more about yourself as well as the finer aspects of lawn bowls..
