4 stars "Great Books"

The Percy Jackson series is an amazing series that I think all adventure book lovers will enjoy. The books are full of humour so keeps the books interesting the whole time. I really enjoyed them.

3 stars "A decent fantasy series."

The books definitely feel like they have been written for teenagers, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they can seem a little immature at times.

Having said that I enjoyed each book. There were some brilliant twists, cool characters and a fair amount of humor.

Worth a read, but they wouldn't be in my Top 10 fantasy series list.

4 stars "Awesome set of books."

Having watched the movie first, I was a little disappointed by the first book. Having continued to read the set, I have come to realise that some of the changes between book and movie were needed to make the rest of the books work
I would gladly suggest this series to friends and family, whether they be an adult, child or in between.
