Author Biography:

FILIPE CARRERA (www.filipecarrera.com) has a degree in Economics from the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, an MBA in e-Business and E-Commerce from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Postgraduate education in Marketing, e-Business and e-Learning Management. He is a Professor in the Marketing Management Postgraduate and Master Degree Programs at the Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, being the Head Professor of e-Marketing. He also teaches the degree programs at the Instituto Português de Administração de Marketing, where he is the Head Professor of Information Systems. Carrera is a networking coach. He has delivered several networking seminars and workshops in more than twenty countries, having been awarded the 2008 "Most Outstanding Trainer in Europe" and the "Most Outstanding Trainer in the World" Awards by Junior Chamber International. He is the author of the book "Marketing Digital na Versão 2.0 - O que não pode ignorar" ("Digital Marketing in the 2.0 Version - What not to ignore"), published by Edições Sílabo.
