5 stars "Absolutly wonderful, practicle book."

Written in an understandable , user friendly way. Anyone would be able to grow the herbs and then make the remedies for use.

5 stars "Awesome medicinal reference guide"

I love the way this book takes everyday plants and turns them into simple, yet effective remedies for everyday ailments.
I've been looking for a book like this for a long time, as I firmly believe that the “old wives tales” of natural remedies are most often well founded. Finally I've found a book that makes good use of these remedies and helps you understand what works and what doesn't. It even gives options for using the recipes in different ways which is absolutely great.
And what's even better is that I can grow many of the ingredients right in my own garden… Very cool!

4 stars "Great -easy to follow some things a little hard to source here."

Inspirational book to make your own natural products. Easy to follow, just one draw back is that a few things in here I have found a little hard to source to grow my own.
