Dr Rodney Ford is a medical consultant specializing in paediatrics, gastroenterology, allergies and nutrition. He has held several prestigious positions throughout his career including Associate Professor of Paediatrics at the Christchurch School of Medicine, University of Otago, New Zealand. Dr Ford has spent the last 20 years researching food and nutrition and its effects on the body and brain.
