5 stars "Excellent"

With this novel, Eoin Colfer has cemented himself at the very pinnacle of young adult fiction. His story-telling and tongue in cheek humour is surpassed by very few, if anybody.

I was surprised to see that he is keeping this series alive, and was worried that it may seem as though this story was forced but it is probably the best one yet. A must for Artemis Fowl fans, however new readers will have to read the previous books to understand what is going on.

5 stars "Move over Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl is taking over"

Another brilliant read in the fabulous Artemis Fowl series. While it took me a couple of chapters to get back into the swing, Colfer has once again reminded me of why Fowl is my favourite young adult hero.
