Generously written by Paul Jobin. very good instructions and recipes/photos to inspire. a good book for the wanabe chef.

5 stars "A pinch of excellence!"

Heaps of useful food facts and tips accompany a bunch of mouthwatering kiwi recipies…don't leave ‘Grandma's cho­colate whisky pudding’ out when the kids get home from school unless you want crumbs to go with your hokey pokey ice cream! Nice well presented book, a must for every lover of delicious cuisine.

About the Author:

Paul is the part-time owner of Pure Tastes restaurant in Paihia, Bay of Islands. He is the New Zealand ambassador for NZ Beef & Lamb Board. He has worked in many restaurants in NZ and abroad, including Kauri Cliffs, Huka Lodge, Paramount (Auckland), Shells (Tairua). He is currently appearing on the SKY LIVING CHANNEL 5.30 Live with April Ieremia.
