Superb visual quality and a DTS ES 6.1 audio package combine to make this a giant leap over the DVD version, highly recommend for fans of the series or thrillers in general

There are no extras however, which is a shame (no commentary, or even a trailer)

Note this is the 100-minute theatrical version as opposed to the Director's Cut (available on DVD) but it's worth picking up if you're interested in owning a HD version of the movie as it screened in the theatres

When I first heard about this movie I thought … “wow another slasher piece of rubbish” I wasnot a fan and never bothered ever watching this and the ones that followed until one night a friend brought it around, reluctantly I watched it..... The result- the next day I went out to hire the rest of the series because I was absolutely hooked (excuse the pun). John “jigsaw” brings justice in a way that can not be copied in real life… Two men wake up to find they have been imprisoned in a decrepit bathroom from here their lives become a new game in the world of “Jigsaw” who gives them choices and a chance to escape his deadly trap… Awesome story especially the climatic end that I really didn't see coming.
