Tracking the delivery status of an item

You can check to see if your order has shipped from My Account. When your order has shipped you will also receive an email from Mighty Ape with a Courier Post tracking number.

You can use your tracking number to track the delivery status of your item on the Courier Post web site.

If you’ve placed your order as a Guest you are unable to track your order from My Account, however you will receive the email when your order ships. Please contact us if you need an update.
